Every pet has individual needs, which is why we don't offer online booking or accept walk-in appointments. We like to get to know you and your pet first, in order to evaluate their needs.

Full Groom
A full groom service includes:

Hydro massage bath and conditioning with high end natural products based on the dermatological needs of your pets skin and coat or prescribed by your veterinarian.

High velocity, hand fluff drying and ambient air drying for pets that are terrified of the high velocity dryer or require a natural drying technique.

Nail trimming. Nail buffing for those pets who tolerate the process.

Thorough brush and comb out.

Undercoat removal de-shedding treatments.

Ear cleaning. Ear plucking when necessary.

External Anal Glad Expression. By request only. Additional charge applies.

Puppy Package
We offer a puppy package that helps train your puppy for grooming. Please give us a call and we can advise you on this service.
Please note that blow-outs and de-matting of severely matted pets, as well as teeth cleaning are not services we provide. Please contact your veterinarian if your pet requires these procedures.
PRICING
Our goal is to be fair and transparent, while ensuring that our groomers are paid for their time and dedication to our shop and clients. Our current "shop rate" is $65 per hour and the following estimates are typical starting points.
Pricing is based on your groomers evaluation, their time to complete the service, any handling requirements, size, coat condition, length of trim, and temperament of your pet.
NAIL TRIMMING SERVICE: Monday to Friday from 3pm to 5pm unless special request for alternative time or Saturdays.
LATE DAY APPOINTMENTS: Later in the day appointments are by currently by request only and offered either Mondays or Wednesday. The latest appointment for a large breed is 3.30pm and small breed is 4.30pm

GROOMING PRICING
The following dog grooming prices are starting prices.
Prices are estimates based on a regular grooming schedule of 2-8 weeks.
A variety of factors impact overall price:

type of fur or hair your pet has

condition of their coat (see below for more detail).
Doodles of any size or mix tend to range higher than base estimates as they are more work especially if not on a regular schedule. They have a combination coat requiring more maintenance.
Pets that are groomed less frequently require extra time and care and as a result will be higher than base estimates.
The following situations may result in extra charges as they require extra, time, attention, care and skill:

Cancellation without 48 hour notification or No Show for appointment i.e. first no show additional $25, second no show pre-pay 50% of grooming fee by e-transfer, debit or credit card, third no show you will no longer be welcome as a client.

*The most common bacterial skin infection affecting dogs is a staph infection. It is caused by bacterium Staphylococcus sp. and methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus. This form of infection is a zoonotic risk. This means dogs and humans can transmit the infection between each other. Jenny is a Dermatological groomer. She is trained and has educated her staff on how to handle and deal with skin problems. She can not diagnose this for you but will work with your veterinarian to treat the problem.
